There is no better way to say, “I love you” than with a bouquet of flowers. Let us order roses or daisies to have in your room upon your arrival.

CAKES
Celebrate your special occasion with one of our incredibly decadent homemade cakes. You will certainly have some leftovers to take home with you. Each layer cake serves 8-10 folks.
• Pig Picking Cake – a vanilla flavored cake with mandarin oranges in yellow layers with pineapple icing — $35
• Chocolate Cake – a three-layer yellow cake with chocolate icing. My mother made one of these cakes every week for 60 years.— $35
• Twinkie Cake – chocolate layers with a cream cheese icing. It does taste like a Twinkie — $35
• Hershey Cake – Swiss chocolate layers and there really are Hershey bars in the icing — $35

• Butter Pound Cake with a hint of almond and vanilla. If you order this cake in the spring or summer you must pick some of our North Carolina “you pick” strawberries. (or you can just pick the blueberries right outside your door at Big Mill for free) — $35
• Mayonnaise Cake – truly a southern tradition. You will see several of these at any southern church Dinner on the Grounds.
This cake actually has mayonnaise in it along with dates and pecans. It has a cooked brown sugar icing and is very rich. Just the thing for that sweet tooth. — $35
• Lemonade Cake – Yellow cake layers with a lemon-flavored condensed milk icing. Perfect for a summer fete — $35
• Honey Bun Cake – a yellow sheet cake made with sour cream, vanilla pudding, brown sugar and pecans. The icing is a sugar glaze just like a honey bun. Serves a lot of folks, great for family reunions. — $35
• Or a batch of Congo Squares for your canoe trip or picnic. Made from chocolate chips, sugar and pecans. — $30
